Company founded

Starting of enterprise in a small way of making Dies and Tools for Force Motors.

1983

1984-1993

Commercial vehicle supply started

First Industrial plot acquired in MIDC for expansion into pressing business.
Second Plant in Moshi started for Tata Motor Business

1984-1993

1994-1998

HPS Established

Venture into heavy pressings - first MC bought from Germany for BIW parts of TML.
Separate Plant for Die and Tool manufacturing

1994-1998

1999-2003

Setup of Chakan industry - Unit 1

Start of business in Chakan MIDC.
Started Bajaj Auto Business with enhanced Process Engineering capabilities.
First robotic welding line established.
First among few to get TS 16949 certification from TUV - Focus on Quality culture.
Skin panels & assemblies developed for Mahindra.

Started Manufacturing facility at Pantnagar

Started Manufacturing facility at Pantnagar in North India (Uttarakhand)
Started business with Mahindra from Chakan units

Entered into JLR business - stampings for Evoque.
Executed engineering project for Bajaj in Bangladesh - Design , Build & transfer - Process design, Engineering, Manufacturing of Dies & Fixture, QMS establishment, production and handover.
Awarded additional Business Row 2 seat frames for Land Rover Defennder as FSS (Full Service Supplier) for supplies to Slovakia.
Design, Engineering & Testing capabilities developed.
Started Business with Ashok Leyland from Pantnagar facilities
BIW development for Mahindra , TML
Expansion Of Chakan Facilities to 3 Units
